Strategic Project Management
Each client receives a dedicated project manager. This individual integrates and engineers the project management plan and is the conduit between Ideal working teams and the client team for the entirety of the project/program; schedule, coordination, communication, procurement, installation, sub-contracting, etc
Concept Development
Showcasing of Ideal’s creativity and interior designs are presented to the client team exploring their workplace aesthetic preferences – giving Ideal knowledgeable guidance to make informed decisions moving forward with the commercial workplace interior design.
Interior Design & Development
For full-service initiatives, the Ideal interior design team will identify, procure, manage, value engineer, and install the building needed to create the client’s workplace that is cohesive and representative of their needs and desires.
Space Planning
Development of the purpose, functional requirements and basic layout of specific area(s) within the commercial space, our team starts by drafting a designed layout and finalizes the 3D renderings for final construction and build.
Facility & Structural Assessments
Providing the client team with necessary assessments and facility requirements knowledge required with a commercial interior design build and rebuilds, including accessibility policies, and structural & MEP assessments.
